Helping Hands Financial Group founded in 2021 by Reggie Josias and Patrick Lamour. The ultimate goal behind Helping Hands Financial Group is to educate our clients in reaching their financial freedom, by being transparent, informative and customer satisfaction.

Reggie Josias is the CEO of Helping Hands Financial Group. I currently reside in Orlando, FL where I also operate my business. I obtained my Bachelor's degree from UCF in 2016. My background includes Finance, Payroll processing and customer service. I developed many skills set in order to best serve my community. Currently, I’m a Certified Tax Specialist, Notary, Life & Health insurance agent, and a Realtor. My goal is to build generational wealth while helping others meet their financial goals by increasing their knowledge, skills, and resources.

With over seven years of experience as a tax specialist and more than a decade in customer service, I bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to my role. My background in banking further enhances my ability to assist clients effectively. I’m passionate about providing support and guidance to all agents, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
